		<description>Current employees who are less than three years away from receiving IPERS benefits should not have any changes made to projected benefits. This will force 60 plus persons to continue to work for school districts at high salaries when the districts could hire younger staff at greatly lower costs, saving the districts sizeable funds.</description>
