District-by-District Loss of Phase I Teacher Salary Money
This spreadsheet from the nonpartisan Legislative Services Agency shows the amount each Iowa school district lost as a result of the Democrats failure to fund Phase I during the recently completed 2009 session. Phase I was a $13.5 million teacher salary appropriation that helps support minimum teacher salaries.
