(DES MOINES) – The Iowa House debated its first set of bills for the year on Wednesday and Rep. John Landon (R-Ankeny) floor-managed the first bill and his first piece of legislation.

Senate File 106 was a Ways and Means committee bill that incorporates federal income tax changes enacted by Congress during 2012 into the Iowa income tax law. It passed the House and was sent to the governor for his consideration.
